How Can I Feel Like This?
What's up everyone! How can I feel like this is the title of today! I am kind of excited to say that this blog has taken off a lot faster than I personally thought it ever was. What really got me excited was when not only did this blog take off, my self confidence took off with flying height and speed! To be completely honest I actually thought that this content was not going to be good enough. Thank you for all of your love and support. Back to the topic, how can we feel the way we do? The reason why we feel a certain way is because of a person or thing triggered a chemical reaction in your brain making you feel happy, sad, or mad. I am going to get a little sciency and nerdy on you. The chemicals (in your brain) that triggers an emotion are called serotonin, endorphins, oxyctocin, and dopamine. These each have a purpose. Serotonin makes you happy, endorphins puts you in a really good mood and provides you with energy, oxytocin is the love hormone. Basically, it puts you in the mood for sex. Last but certainly not least, dopamine is a chemical that keeps you living, basically it rewards you. Whew! What we just learned is a heck of a lot of biological science. Any way, all of these can be triggered by a memory, person, or a thing. The one thing that is fun about these is that no matter what one of these chemicals (emotions) will be triggered. Even if you could remove a chemical it would end up throwing all the other chemicals off. Well, what if I do something? It depends on what you did. The thing that you did could leave you prideful, mad, sad, or even just straight up energized. The reason why you feel any way is because you are human and you want to feel loved, respected, or maybe a little challenged at times. I told you in the beginning that all of my content/titles have to do with something in my life. What does feeling anything have to do with me? Obviously, I am human. I also have feelings other than mad or sad. This has to do with me because I have my own problems and people that trigger my emotions. So what? We all have emotions. I know we all have emotions, but some times we all don't have the same emotions. All of my emotions are either triggered by a memory, person, or place. I usually do not like talking about my emotions. If I do I usually talk to them with the people I trust. My emotions range from really happy to extremely depressed. The depression usually strikes with out a warning or if I have some one or something putting me down for the way I look, feel, or past mistakes I have made.That is not right nor will it ever be right to judge a book by their cover. If you ever needed to judge someone, judge someone by the way they act to one person compared to another. Basically, judge them by their character. All one way someone acts toward another reflects on who they really are. Just saying, later on I will be talking about some ways to treat others that treat you like trash. Treating others the way you want to be treated goes a long way. If YOU treat someone like trash, they are going to treat you like trash right back. So, how can you feel like this? You can feel a range of emotions. You feel these because of the way people treat you, or even a mental health problem. Remember, problems caused by people or emotions can be SOLVED! Live YOUR life and be who YOU choose to be. It all comes down to YOU.
